JUST READ YOUR ARTICLE ON THE RIGHT TO DIE...

WE (HUSBAND AND I) ARE IN THE MIDST OF A SIMILAR SITUATION RIGHT NOW.

MY MOTHER WAS SENT, FOLLOWING A SURGERY, TO A NURSING HOME...SHE REALLY DOES WANT TO DIE AND HAS REPEATEDLY SAID SO FOR OVER A YEAR NOW...

YET, WHEN SHE GETS PNEUMONIA, ETC. SHE ASKS FOR THE MEDICATIONS AND HELP.

IT IS A DRAINING SITUATION ON THE FAMILY. OF COURSE, WE LOVE HER, BUT WANT TO BE ABLE TO HELP HER.

I HAVE OFTEN WONDERED WHAT THE WAYS OF DEATH ARE AND HOW THE BODY REACTS SO APPRECIATE HAVING IT ALL LAID OUT SO ONE CAN ANTICIPATE.

MY STEPFATHER LIVES IN AN INDEPENDENT LIVING SITUATION NOW WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO THE NURSING HOME. HE HAS BEEN PUTTING EMOTIONAL DISTANCE BETWEEN THE TWO OF THEM, WILL ONLY GO OVER 2 TIMES A WEEK TO PLAY BINGO, ETC.

THEY NEITHER ONE ENJOY BEING ALONE WITH EACH OTHER ANY LONGER, THEY WANT US TO BE THERE WHEN THEY ARE TOGETHER.

THEY ARE BOTH IN THEIR 80'S. 

WE ARE THERE 3 TIMES A WEEK MINIMUM. I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO GIVE HER PERMISSION TO LET GO. I CANNOT SEEM TO FIND THE WORDS. IT IS GETTING HARDER AND HARDER TO TOUCH HER OR TO EVEN WANT TO AND YET I LOVE HER..

I LOVE BOTH OF THEM.

PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT YOU MEANT WHEN YOU SAID BONNIE HELPED HER MOTHER FIND HER NEW BODY AFTER DEATH...

I AM A CHRISTIAN BUT NEVER CONSIDERED HAVING A NEW BODY OTHER THAN WHATEVER HAPPENS WHEN CHRIST GIVES US ONE.

IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE?

THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR GREAT LETTERS. WE TAKE MANY HERBAL SUPPELEMENTS, ETC. AND SEE A NATUROPATH WHEN NEEDED.

WE, TOO, ARE VERY SUSPICIOUS OF DOCTORS.  WE DO LIVER/GALLBLADDER FLUSHES, ETC.

And, as I expected, I had many other similar messages.
I do hope you will allow me to publish this, using the names, but not to include your last name or address.
I just know that even more good will come to people when they can see how others, besides myself, have gone through these experiences.

The concept of living again, in a "regular body" has been part of virtually every religion, for thousands of years, including the Christian religion, but only in the past 150 years or so, virtually all the religions have become more and more materialistic -- particularly those mostly located in the developed (materialistic) world.
I would not want to suggest any questioning of your own faith -- but only to say that "living before," and "living again" are not at all strange concepts.  They are within all religions.  My wife and I happen to belong to such a faith, and practice it with calmness.

Certainly you may use my reply since you are not giving my email address or anything..  I think it is good to share these things. 
 
I am not questioning my religion, but just have not heard of such a thing before as the finding of a new body. I am very curious and inquisitive by nature and like to learn new things.
 
To be calm is so important..

I am seeking more peaceful experiences in my life.

There was so much there to read, that I only just got started. Will have to get back to it as I can. Got just a glimpse of Third Testament...Does this exist in paper form so one can read at leisure? Where would it be obtained?
 
Interesting stuff. I really do not have a problem with having another body, but cannot understand why someone would need to assist you in getting into it..

Dear Sharon,

You have seen my material on past lives HERE, and I will be adding to it over the next several weeks.

But, in specific response to your message, let me say that "belief" is the wrong word when it comes to the viewpoint on "past lives."

You can "believe" in God, or in "past lives" but the very best way is simply to experience these -- no belief is then needed.

Back in the early centuries of the Catholic Church "belief" was an extremely important part of the religion, still is, but back then "belief" was increased by symbols and relics.

In any event, I don't think of logic or intellectual argument as being at all useful in coming to understand past lives.

When you experience one, or many, you have no further need or interest in "belief."

You (and I) are quite certain that the sun rose yesterday, and will tomorrow.  We have experienced this phenomenon.  I have the same degree of certainty when it comes to past life times.
